Saw a great presentation last week at the National Organization Development Conference on how we need to think of our organizations as more fluid. Think liquid, not solid. The four step approach:
- Paint a picture for people of the shiny bright future
- Tell honest stories that people can relate to
- Pay attention to what people are thinking AND feeling
- View change as energizing (not exhausting)
