It’s not all about making yourself a better person, what about having some fun? When companies call in their change management gurus (like me!), the focus is often on what’s wrong, what needs to be fixed, and what’s standing in the way. We write our new year’s resolutions the same way. And you know how effective those can be. So for 2012, try something different and focus on the positive.</p>

<li>I will have more fun playing legos with my son each week.</li>
<li>I will read that leadership book with a friend of mine and review over drinks.</li>
<li>I will download new music and go to the gym twice a month.</li>
