It always amazes me when working with a leader and he doesn’t know what “good” looks like.  How can you lead people into the future without knowing where you’re going? Take the time to get clear about your metrics.

  • Step 1:  decide on what you are trying to achieve
  • Step 2:  get some ideas on how other people measure
  • Step 3:  pick 3-5 key metrics and communicate, communicate, communicate them
