As we seek to make changes in our organizations, we should look outside our companies at best practices in the real world.   Change.org, a petition website dedicated to empowering people to create social and political change, has some great examples of empowering people to create the change they want to see.  From fast tracking drug access for Ebola patients to helping farmers with emissions, change is happening!  We have a lot to learn from these advocates.
