In a leadership development workshop last week, it seemed like all 50 leaders laughed out loud at this cartoon.  Their company, like many companies, is overwhelmed with the amount of data they collect – and wondering what are the few key metrics they should focus on. The recommendation:  get the senior leadership team together and focus on 5-7 metrics everyone in your organization should understand and be able to influence.
