Time for the annual conference of the Association of Change Management Professionals – April 14-17 in LA. Lots to learn, but let’s stay practical with a four quick tips for change management:
- use goals, keep explaining the future, use your imagination
- change must make sense – why are we changing?
- the whole idea of “getting people ready for change” is just a cover for pushed change
- mature in your approach to change (maybe read less and look more).
