When my clients are feeling stuck (a terrible feeling), I’ll often pull the reframing concept out of the toolkit. For example, Beth kept talking in us v. them language (her department v. that other evil department). And every time she said it, the divide got a little bigger in her mind. We spent some time on talking about the shared goals of the two departments and got away from the us v them language. How could the power of reframing help you?
